What does Visank do?

Visank handles your entire visa application end-to-end. You fill out a short wizard, upload your documents, we prepare your cover letter, book your VFS appointment, and submit your application. Our automated system manages your case from start to finish, with human support whenever you actually need it.

How is Visank different from going directly to VFS?

VFS only handles the appointment booking and biometric collection. You still have to prepare all your documents yourself. Visank prepares everything: your application form, cover letter, dummy flight and hotel reservations, bank statement review, and appointment booking. You just hand over your passport.

How much does Visank charge?

A low Visank service fee (from ₹4,500, varying by destination) covers everything from document review to submission. Government/embassy fees (e.g. ₹9,200 for Schengen) are paid separately and go directly to the embassy.

At the end of the application wizard, before we start working on your case. We accept UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.). Card payments coming soon.

What is your refund policy?

If we don't secure your visa appointment in time for your travel date, we refund our full service fee. Government/embassy fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the consulate.

No. Your Visank service fee covers standard processing. If the embassy offers a paid priority lane, that fee is paid to them separately, not to us.

It varies by country and visa type. After you select your destination in the wizard, we'll give you a precise checklist. Common documents include passport, bank statements (3-6 months), salary slips, employment letter, and passport photos.

Do you provide dummy flight and hotel reservations?

Yes, completely free. Dummy reservations are included in your Visank service fee. These are verifiable reservations that satisfy embassy requirements without you needing to buy actual tickets.

What is a cover letter and why do I need it?

A cover letter is a letter addressed to the consulate explaining your trip purpose, itinerary, financial standing, and ties to India (why you'll return). Many consulates require it. We write a personalised cover letter for every application.

Can I apply for a Schengen visa that covers multiple countries?

Yes. A Schengen visa lets you travel across all 27 Schengen countries. You apply to the consulate of the country where you'll spend the most nights. We determine the correct consulate and handle the whole thing.

Yes, appointment booking assistance is included. We monitor VFS slot availability and help you secure a slot for your preferred city. For premium users, we auto-book the slot the moment it appears.

Go to our Slot Monitor page, select your country and city, and click 'Set alert'. We'll send you a WhatsApp message the moment a slot appears.

How do I track my application?

Log in to your Visank dashboard. You'll see real-time status updates as your application moves through the process. You'll also get WhatsApp notifications at each milestone.

How long does visa processing take?

Processing time varies by country. Schengen visas typically take 15-20 working days after submission. UK visas take 15 working days. USA can vary from 2 weeks to several months. We'll give you the current processing time estimate for your specific country.

What happens if my visa is rejected?

The decision rests with the embassy. If you're refused, we review the rejection reason with you and advise on the strongest way to reapply. Government fees paid to the embassy are non-refundable.
