By using Visaro you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service description
Visaro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ('Visaro', 'we', 'us') provides visa application assistance services. We are not an embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or government authority. We cannot guarantee visa approval.
2. Our service fee
Our service fee is ₹5,500 for all visa types. This fee covers document review, cover letter preparation, dummy reservation provision, and application submission assistance. Government visa fees, VFS service charges, and biometric fees are separate and payable directly to the relevant authority.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information; (b) upload genuine, unaltered documents; (c) attend scheduled VFS appointments; (d) promptly respond to any requests for additional information. Visaro is not liable for rejections caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
4. Visa guarantee
We guarantee a full refund of our ₹5,500 service fee if your visa is rejected. This guarantee does not cover rejections caused by fraudulent documents, withheld information, or failure to attend appointments. See our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Visaro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visaro's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the service fee you paid (₹5,500). We are not liable for: embassy decisions; delays caused by embassies or VFS; loss of travel bookings; or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
