Refund Policy
We stand behind our work with a simple, no-questions-asked refund policy.
The short version
If your visa is rejected, we refund our entire ₹5,500 service fee. No forms, no waiting, no questions. Government / embassy fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the consulate.
1. Visa rejection — full refund
If your visa application is rejected by the embassy or consulate after we have submitted it, Visaro will refund 100% of our ₹5,500 service fee within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. To claim, email divye2014@gmail.com with your application ID and the rejection stamp/letter.
2. Cancellation before submission
If you cancel your application after payment but before we have submitted it to the embassy, you are eligible for a 50% refund (₹2,750). Cancellations after submission are not eligible for a refund of the service fee.
3. Government & embassy fees
Visa fees, VFS service charges, and biometric fees paid to the embassy or VFS Global are collected by them — not Visaro — and are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes cases where the visa is rejected.
4. Appointment delays
If Visaro fails to secure a VFS appointment within the timeframe we guaranteed at the time of your application, we will waive the ₹5,500 service fee entirely — you will not be charged.
5. How to claim
Email divye2014@gmail.com with subject line 'Refund Request — [Application ID]'. Include your full name, application ID, and reason for the refund request. We process all refund requests within 2 business days.
6. Exceptions
Refunds are not available if the rejection was caused by: (a) documents you provided that were fraudulent or forged; (b) information you withheld that would have changed our advice; (c) your failure to attend a scheduled embassy interview without informing us.
