How Visaro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
1. Information we collect
We collect: (a) Account information — name, email, phone number when you register; (b) Passport and travel document data you provide during your visa application; (c) Financial information — bank statements and income documents uploaded for your visa application; (d) Payment information — processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store card numbers; (e) Usage data — pages visited, features used, device type, IP address (hashed).
2. How we use your information
We use your information to: process your visa application and communicate with embassies on your behalf; send you application status updates and appointment reminders; improve our services through anonymised usage analytics; comply with legal requirements and prevent fraud.
3. Data sharing
We share your personal data only with: (a) The embassy or consulate where your visa application is submitted; (b) VFS Global or relevant visa application centres for appointment booking; (c) Our technology partners (Supabase for data storage, Resend for email, Razorpay for payments) who are contractually bound to protect your data; (d) Law enforcement when legally required. We never sell your personal data.
4. Data security
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. Passport data and financial documents are stored with AES-256 encryption. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
5. Data retention
We retain your application data for 5 years after your last transaction, as required by Indian financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing divye2014@gmail.com. Note: we may retain anonymised data for analytics purposes.
6. Your rights
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent for marketing communications. To exercise these rights, email divye2014@gmail.com.
